Heller states that he is enclosing a reprint of a lecture on the comparitive physiology of neurohypophysis, which was not enclosed. A draft of Haldan'es reply is written on the reverse of Heller's letter and a typescript copy is also included, in which Haldane discusses the evolution of hormones.</dc:description>
