<dc:title>Judgement in the case of Marie Morel, Isaac Rouze, Madeleine Dujardin, Pierre Ouenne (?), Pierre Isaac Louis De la Balle and Suzanne De la Balle</dc:title>
<dc:description>Marie Morel, wife of Jacques Dujardin and Isaac Rouze, husband of Madeine Dujardin had taken the possessions left by Pierre Ouenne (?), Madeleine's cousin, who had fled the country because of his Protestant religion. This was agreed during a judgement of the 11 March 1690. Pierre Isaac Louis De la Balle had taken the abandoned possessions of Suzanne De la Balle, his aunt. The parties begun to dispute how the properties acquired should be divided.</dc:description>
