  <dc:title>Hubert Lefrant</dc:title>
<dc:description>Hubert Lefrant, a 91 year old silkweaver, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born in Picardy but fled to England to avoid persecution. He is a member of the French Church of London. Hubert's general health is poor and he is nearly blind so he has not been able to work for the past twenty years. A note in another hand, signed by Louis Amédée Anspach, Pastor of the French Church of London, states that he had visited Hubert and had found him in a pitiful state. He requests that the Directors accept his petition.</dc:description>
