  <dc:title>Jean Tuillier</dc:title>
<dc:description>Jean Tuillier, a 41 year old silkweaver, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born in London but his late father, Hubert Tuillier, was originally from Picardy. Jean is a member of the French Church of London. He suffers from rheumatism and severe asthma that prevent him from working enough hours to be financially independent. A note in a different hand from Charles Jean Boiceau, Pastor of the French Church of London, strongly recommends Jean. The petition is also signed by J Q Lebez and Jaques Mausset.</dc:description>
