Alexandre De Neveu's first petition Alexandre De Neveu, an 82 year old widower, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. His father, François De Neveu, was originally from Higher Normandy. Alexandre used to be a plasterer but he has not been able to work for the past seven years due to increasingly severe dizzy spells.
