  <dc:title>Henry Godfrey's petition</dc:title>
<dc:description>Henry Godfrey requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He was born on 4 June 1776 and his grandmother, Sara Noblet, was a French Protestant. Henry suffers from a severe hernia and poor eyesight so can no longer work as a copper founder. The petition is signed by himself, F Martin, Pastor of the French Church of London and ten others. All the addresses of the signatories are given. Overleaf, a note in English by F R Jolit states that he had consulted some of the referees and had found them satisfactory.</dc:description>
