  <dc:title>Françoise Chammin, née Rouxe</dc:title>
<dc:description>Françoise Chammin, a 60 year old widow, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born in London, but her father, Barthélémi Rouxe, was originally from Livron [probably Livron-sur-Drôme], in Dauphiné. Her late husband, Nicholas Chammier, was born in Rennes, in Brittany. Françoise suffers from hydropisie (edema) and poor eyesight so can no longer work. A note in a different hand, signed Philippe Masson, Minister, recommends her admission. The petition is signed by F Rosselloty and Paul Turquand.</dc:description>
