Madeleine Ferrand Madeleine Ferrand, a 70 year old woman, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She is the daughter of Nicolas Ferrand, born in La Rochelle and a Captain in the the Regiment of La Melinière. She is too ill to be able to work. A note in a different hand, signed J J Muysson, Ministre, states that Madeleine is a Member of the French Church of the Savoy.
