Polinette Soblet's petition Polinette Soblet, a 20 year old woman, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born in London but her late father, Jaques Soblet, was originally from France. She has been suffering from a mental illness for the previous two months. Both her parents have died and she has no other family to help her.
