  <dc:title>Samuel Servient</dc:title>
<dc:description>Samuel Servient, a goldsmith, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. He is the son of French refugees and was born in Königsberg, in Prussia. Samuel is a member of the French Church of London. He can no longer work due to several health conditions and has been bed bound for the previous five months. A note in a different hand signed by de la Chaumette Junior and Isaac Ardesoif, recommends his admission. Pinned to the petition is a medical certificate from J Silvester confirming that Samuel suffers from asthma, dropsy and consumption.</dc:description>
