  <dc:description>Ann Grimmo, a 66 year old widow, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born on 5 November 1783. Her parents were Francis and Mary Lebez. Ann's paternal great-grandfather, Mr Lebez, was originally from Clary, near Cambrai and her late cousin, John Quinton, had been an Elder of the French Church for several years. The petitioner is a silkweaver, but suffers from poor eyesight and other age-related conditions so can no longer work. The petition is signed by Ann Grimmo herself and Francis Le Blond.
