<dc:title>Note of purchase of one ledger, and one journal</dc:title>
<dc:description>Purchased in Holland, one imperial size ledge, with index, and one journal, ruled, bound in vellum and buckram, at a total cost of £4; 'le livre et le journal de Cabibel'. These are doubtless the great Journal and Ledger, at H/B/2/3 and B/3/1, the paper of which has the watermark of Lucas van Gerrefinck of Alkmaar, Holland. £4 was recorded in the Journal as paid on 15 August 1722 to 'Suz. van Belle by the hands of Pierre Cabibel' (then Sub-Governor), and may refer to the same purchase.</dc:description>
