H/K/10/1 is a marriage settlement, 18 July 1817, between Benjamin Hopkinson of Lincoln's Inn, gentleman, and Louisa Ann, daughter of Francis Stedman of Pentonville, Middlesex, gentleman. H/K/10/3 (1822) refers back to a mortgage of the Longfield by John Dawes and Robert Mackreth to Philip, Earl of Stanhope, 1775.  H/K/10/12-20 have plans of the property.</dc:description>
