Thyssen genealogy A 'Genealogical Record' of the Thyssen family, 1545-1755, translated from Flemish manuscripts in the possession of M Macare, of Utrecht, by T Gregory Smith, with notes, additional material, and index. The original record was compiled by Daniel Thyssen (1619-1675), his son Gillis Thyssen (1651-1709), and the latter's widow Petronella (1675-1753). The father and mother of Daniel Tyssen, named Gillis and Anna, were married at the Dutch Church in London in 1614, and their three sons were born in London. 1878
