Publishing contracts of the International Institute Examinations Enquiry Committee Four formal contracts, each entitled 'Memorandum of Agreement', between 'Sir Michael Sadler and Sir Philip Hartog on behalf of the International Institute Examinations Enquiry Committee' and Macmillan and Company Ltd, publishers. Three of these agreements are signed by Harold Macmillan, who later went on to become Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. This file also includes a letter to the Institute of Education from the National Foundation for Educational Research, where these contracts were found, dated 1961, with annotations from Institute staff dated 1962. 1932-1935
