Bedford Way - Administration - Estate background Comprises correspondence and papers regarding the University of London's estate strategy for the Bloomsbury site established by Chesterton's in 1991. It proposed methods for the UoL to increase income from its buildings (by rent). The strategy was adopted by the UoL as the basis of their policy but not welcomed by those schools based on the site. The file comprises correspondence between the schools and also with the UoL, and from other parts of the UoL not based on the Bloomsbury site.
