This is a report of the Fellowship he completed in the Overseas Division of the IOE to investigate the organisation and development of music and drama in Britain, particualrly at the post-school level. It discusses the visits, interviews ,observation, study and activities undertaken during the year tpowards this aim. 1948 - 1949
