Education Reform Group Papers regarding the work of the Education Reform Group, of which Martin Lightfoot was a member. The Group included participants from secondary schools, adult education, polytechnics, universities, local education authorities, teacher associations and educational journalism. They published a series of pamphlets called the Ginger Papers, funded by a grant from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
