 - A cutting headed 'ILEA daily press file', dated 6 May 1988. A letter 'Finance for ILEA parents' ballot' written by Jeremy Smith, Clerk and Legal Advisor of the ILEA, arguing against the correspondence of Michael Ivens and Westminster councillors Rossi and Wells.
