2) John Lyles of Ravelstocke [Revelstoke] in the county of Devon, husbandman
Property: A messuage with herb garden belonging to it and one plot of adjoining land, now in the possession of the said John Lyles, in the borough of Nasse Maye [Noss Mayo] in the parish of Ravelstocke [Revelstoke] , Dorset.
Transaction: 1) leases to 2) the property specified
Consideration: £3 fee initially and 6 shillings annually thereafter to be paid in quarterly instalments.
Term: 99 years or the lives of John Lyles, Mary his wife and Judith Accranley daughter of Samuel Accranley, mariner.
Witnesses: Christopher Austinge and James Ellett.
