Property: Manor of Subberton in the county of Southampton and the Manor of Midlington or Middleton, and the land known as Faulconers Plott in the Forest of East Bear [Forest of Bere] and Porchester, all in the county of Southampton. With all rights and appurtenances.
Agreement: 1) confirms the property listed above to 2), now in actual possession of this property by virtue of a bargain and sale made and dated the previous day.
Consideration: £120 paid by 2) to 1) at or before the sealing &amp; delivery of this indenture
Term: Forever
Witnesses: None
Seal: Seal of William Burry (damaged) plus his signature.

Also a memorandum on a scap of paper referring to a deed for a plot of land at Greenfields near Greenfield Coppice, bought by John Buller from Mr Eyres for the life of Sir Walter Curll. The deed itself and a bond "remaineth at the Mannor house of Sobberton". Dated 28 Jan 1696/7.</dc:description>
