  <dc:title>Statutes for Elections [Fragment]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Bifolium from an unidentified text, possibly a work such as book of statutes or constitution for a monastic community, on parchment. Main body text in black in a single column with red highlights and rubrics. Spaces have been left for larger initial capitals which have not been completed. The text appears to relate to rules and procedures for the election of officials. It is divided into numbered chapters; the numbering indicates that the two leaves are not consecutive and would have been part of a gathering.
Folio 1 has three small contemporary annotations, 1 just visible at the bottom of the recto and 2 on the verso. These appear to be the same as the text of the rubrics and may have been notes to assist the rubricator. There is also a modern pencil annotation "M15" at the top of f.1r.</dc:description>
