Some passages include musical notation in a square style. A section at the front of the volume, loosely bound in, also includes musical passages but appears to be later than the rest of the manuscript. On parchment except for the later addition at the front of the manuscript which is on paper. Leather binding over wooden boards with a single brass clasp on a leather strap, the binding is not contemporary with the manuscript. Manuscript fragment waste pastedowns. 1466
