<dc:title>Russian poem and postcards from Nicholas Hans</dc:title>
 <dc:description>Contains:
- Two typed copies (one is older and more fragile than the other) of a poem in Russian, dated 1909. There is a note on School of Slavonic & East European Studies headed paper saying 'Sent by Dr Branch 9/4/1981 at the request of Mrs Hans' (this is Michael Branch, Dean of the School of Slavonic & East European Studies)
- Two postcards describing a journey through Petrograde to Kiev. The cards are addressed to 'My sweet child' and 'My darling' and are signed 'Kolia' which is a familiar form of Nikolai so it is probable that these were written by Nicholas Hans, either to his wife Grace, or to a younger sibling.</dc:description>
