Book is composed of maps of towns along the river Thames from Oxford to Kew. On the reverse of the page for Abingdon are dates for parties and lists of names. At the back is a printed page of measurements given which represent the distance a person would walk if towing a boat along the towing-path bank of the river. Three are marked 1st day, 2nd day and 3rd day. Back cover has a photograph of a another church by the river. 1880s
