&lt;li&gt;Five letters dated January to February 1911, regarding the debate conducted through the letters pages of the Journal, &lt;i&gt;The Times&lt;/i&gt;, and the &lt;i&gt;Journal of the Statistical Society&lt;/i&gt; over the publication of Mary D Sturge and Victor Horsley, "On Some of the Biological and Statistical Errors in the Work on Parental Alcoholism by Miss Elderton and Professor Karl Pearson, FRS", &lt;i&gt;British Medical Journal&lt;/i&gt;, Vol 1 No 2611, (14 Jan 1911). The letters are interspersed with manuscript summaries of Pearson's replies, and a draft of Pearson's letter to Dawson Williams, sent 02 February 1911.&lt;/li&gt;
