  <dc:title>Bonney, Thomas George</dc:title>
<dc:description>Postcard from Bonney regarding the motion of glaciers; and letters regarding geology and the debate over the age of the earth.

Also one letter from Augustus De Morgan to an unidentified correspondent (possibly Bonney?) dated 15 November 1866, relating to his conflict with the Council of University College over the appointment of George Croom Robertson to the Chair of Mental Philosophy and Logic. He describes the argument in algebraic terms. Adhered to the last page of the letter is a note from Bonney to Karl Pearson dated 12 February 1895, originally enclosing the De Morgan letter for Pearson's amusement.</dc:description>
