  <dc:description>Various papers, mainly consisting of press cuttings, regarding examples of fascism and/or antisemitism in the UK. Some of this material also promotes anti-Communism. These papers appear to have been collected by Maurice Orbach, General Secretary of the Trades Advisory Council (TAC) from 1940 to 1979, for his 'Fascist activities' files. 

This file includes:

- leaflets and circulars that include antisemitic and/or anti-Communist text;
- press cuttings from far-right newspapers regarding ‘financiers’;
- press cuttings about antisemitic attacks, fascist and far-right meetings, and a high-profile libel case;
- a small amount of TAC correspondence regarding cases of antisemitism.</dc:description>
