Corporate 1970- The Cockpit Theatre, Marylebone, London, was opened by the Inner London Education Authority in 1970. In 1990. with the abloistion of ILEA, the ownership of the theatre transferred to the Borough of Westminster who made it part of the City of Westminster College.
