Corporate 1953- Mr A T Wirasinha was the representive of the New Education Fellowship in Ceylon from 1936. The National Educational Association of Ceylon associated with New Education Fellowship shortly after World War Two and was officially recognised as a the Ceylon (later Sri Lanka) Section in 1953. In the early 1960s the Section was involved in a text book exchange project with the English and Scottish Sections (see WEF/A/IV/259-263, 267). The Section was still active in 2009.
