Dedication page reads; "To the Intelligent and Intellectual Ladies of Great Britain, the best patrons of the elegant literature of their country, 'The Drawing-Room Album' is most respectfully dedicated, by the publisher". Contains printed poetry, chiefly Romantic, and 8 engravings, mainly of pastoral scenes.
Frontispiece is an additional engraving of 'Miss Croker' [Rosamond Hester Elizabeth (née Croker), Lady Barrow (1810-1906), Wife of Sir George Barrow, 2nd Bt; daughter of William Pennell; adopted daughter of Hon. John Wilson Croker. After a portrait by Thomas Lawrence]
