Description	A short typed report on George Orwell's medical condition and prognosis. The report begins "Dear Fred..." which is presumably Fredric Warburg, Orwell's publisher. There is a short note in pencil on the reverse to "Roger" [Senhouse], from "DF" [possibly David Farrer]. This document is a carbon copy of ORWELL/I/7/38.
