There is also an annotation in pencil on the front page which reads: "Part of Adaptation by Peter Duval Smith; transmitted 3/3/1952", however that appears to be incorrect, as this text matches Orwell's 1947 adaptation, rather than Smith's 1952 adaptation. This script is likely to be George Orwell's own copy of the script for his own adaptation of Animal Farm, 1947.
