| Description | Maria Pynyot, a 67 year old woman, requests to be admitted to the Hospital. She was born on 3 July 1786 or 1787. A note in the petition states that her certificate of baptism is dated 1786. Her parents were Maria and Cyrus Henry Pynyot. The latter's father was Henry Pynyot, Curate of Saint Ann's, Soho. Maria used to be a teacher, but had to stop working after becoming paralysed 4 years prior to the petition being made. She is in receipt of assistance from the Royal Bounty. The petition bears Maria Pynyot's mark and is signed by F R Jolit.
