He also mentions reviews of 'Burmese Days', his plans to visit the north of England for material for a book and his plans to write a play based on 'Burmese Days'. Other topics include his time in Burma, a trip to Southwold, plus his thoughts on both George V's Jubilee and the Abyssinia crisis. |
