Description | Photograph of two men at the entrance to Booklovers' Corner, Hampstead, of whom the taller (r) is Reg[inald Percy] Groves, who was the assistant in the shop before Eric Arthur Blair. It is conceivable that the other man is Alwyn Bevan Victor Lloyd Wynne (youngest brother of Mary Myfanwy Westrope, whose husband owned the shop), who was the man who introduced RPG to EAB. |
