| Description | Photograph taken looking south down Kensington Mall towards the Mall Tavern on the corner of Palace Gardens Terrace. Mall Chambers is the five storeyed block on the right. Flat 23, around the corner, was used by Ida Mabel Blair and her son Eric Arthur Blair between 1918 and 1921. It is variously described as being on the second, third or top floors. |
